Habeeb Fasuyi founded and built Ultimate Tax Relief, Inc., which is one of the most reputable tax resolution firms in the country. He is currently the CEO and the Managing Partner of the company. Habeeb is a highly regarded CPA and his diverse professional accounting career in growing and running accounting services firms spans over two decades with emphasis in Tax Resolutions. He believes in the mission of the company of Customer Service Satisfaction. Thus, he has helped to set up strategic objectives and facilitate the “Client Comes First” approach at Ultimate Tax Relief that focused on optimizing the delivery of our services and continue the advancement of our systems and processes to ensure the best possible customer experience. Habeeb has spent most of his career in consumer finance where he founded multiple successful firms that help individuals and businesses in need of financial guidance.

As an accomplished Business Manager, Zainab is dedicated to networking values to staff, existing clients, potential clients and industry peers. She moved from UK to the US to join Ultimate Tax Relief as the Director of Client Care & Operations. She studied Management Information Systems at the University of Surrey UK, and proceeded to work in a fast-upscale environment IBM as an SAP Business Intelligence, CRM.

She stands highly commended, with many satisfied clients. She is the co- founder of a nonprofit organization called People to People (P2P) before moving to the US. During a career that spans a decade, Zee has established her reputation for building relationships with clients and managed a team of relationship managers that were engaged in the enhancement and cultivation of client relationships and client issues resolution. 

Nelson Ahiabli

Snr. Tax Consultant

A certified information system Auditor with over eleven years of experience in Compliance IT and Financial Audit. Nelson is a graduate of Accounting and Management, Nelson developed his expertise in Risk evaluation, revenue validation, and payroll. He has worked as a Senior Auditor, financial adviser and Accounting Officer. With his good quality corporate tax knowledge and prior exposure to tax researches, Nelson is uniquely qualified to assist clients to identify profitability of potential mergers and acquisitions by analyzing tax information, calculating key ratios and identifying areas of tax savings.

Bolaji is one of our Senior Tax Consultant. With having over 3 years of Tax preparation and consulting, Bolaji always strives his best to assist clients with researching and analyzing issues affecting company’s federal, state and local tax compliance and planning. With his expertise, he has a strong work ethics and ability to contribute to the accountability and excellence).

Rajean Adgerson

Customer Care Rep

As the newest member of Ultimate Tax Relief, Rajean comes to join with over 8 years of experience as a financial management expert. She is proud to be a Customer Care rep that associates and interact with customers to handle complaints and provide information about our Tax Resolution services. She started off working with Shell as a Personal Assistant She received a degree in Finance Hoping to pursue a CFA qualification in the near future. Outside of work, her favorite moments are spending time with family.
